We are a small batch coffee roasting business located in the beautiful Methow Valley in north central Washington State.

We specialize in custom, artisan style hand roasting, choosing our green coffee beans carefully, then monitoring them every few seconds as they roast to insure the perfect aroma and appearance of each individual bean.

We roast only enough coffee for the following day's orders, ensuring you the freshest coffee you will ever taste.

Each batch of roasted beans undergoes our four part testing sequence. First we 'cup' each roast, then pull a shot for an Americano, then do a French press, and finally we brew a pot. Not until a roast meets all four of these exacting standards do we call it "good to go."

We offer over a dozen varieties of coffee from nine different countries of origin, some roasted singly and some combined into our unique special blends.
